Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the yes365 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other provided channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the yes365 platform and may not register as a member. yes365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.

Account Eligibility

To register and use the yes365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from using gambling services by any relevant authority.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or unauthorised entity.
• Not responding to any offer or marketing campaign directed at ineligible individuals.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a yes365 employee or its affiliated companies.

Registration & Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the yes365 platform. Multiple account ownership by the same individual – even using different details – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of the remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The required information includes:

• Full name as shown on official identification documents.
• An accurate and valid date of birth.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A valid Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. yes365 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact our support team immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Game Rules

• All game results are final once confirmed by the system. No appeals may be made against outcomes determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Any technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay does not void transactions that have been fully recorded in the system.
• Yes365 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any game if there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, or system failure.
• Bets that have been placed cannot be changed or cancelled once the game has started.

Member Conduct

Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the yes365 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances (not subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered bank account or e-wallet within 3 to 5 business days.

Yes365 also reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• There is strong evidence of fraud, hacking, or illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Repeated or serious violations of the terms and conditions.
• Requests from legitimate law enforcement authorities.

Liability Limits

• Yes365 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Yes365's total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Yes365 is not liable for service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
